OC- Temporia

Here’s a character I decided to keep from my College Work recently.

- Name: Temporia - The Goddess of Time
- Origin: Inspired by Palutena from Kid Icarus: Uprising, Shulk’s Monado from Xenoblade: Chronicles and Time Mages from the Final Fantasy series.
- Age: Unknown; Implied to have existed since the beginning of time/A very long time
- Occupation: Time Goddess/Guardian to Magus
- Ability: As the Goddess of Time, Temporia has the ability to alter the flow of time around her. Speed it up, slow it down, or stop it all together. She also time travel, but she won’t do it unless something happens within time, such as someone changing an event in the past. Usually notified by her staff which she uses to cast the spells. Along side her time spells, she can also manipulate space. Not on a big degree, but she can do things like make the gravity higher or lower. The staff is what changes these factors, but staff itself is used for general light magic too, from simple beams to cannon balls of light. The tip of it can also close to be used as a makeshift spear. Lastly, another thing she can do is shrink herself down to human sizes at around 6ft as her natural size is around 500,000 ft tall, as part of her status as a Goddess. Though it’s between those two measurements.
- Personality: Temporia’s usually very ditzy of a character. She typically does understand the lifestyle of humans, but doesn’t stop her from acting a bit odd to everyone else. Doesn’t help that she normally wears her Goddess clothes out. It doesn’t bother her though. In fact, she loves to go out. Especially to eat; she usually has quite a big appetite and it even surprises Magus. Even though she has this weird upbeat side, she can also be extremely bored. Mostly due to her past and her years of hollow memories, but if nothing interesting happens, she can become extremely sad. She’s never usually angry though. Other times, she’s very cunning and perceptive, but this is a side she won’t show as often, but it’s there. Also, the rare time she’s massive to everyone, she usually likes to just stroll or relax. Not necessarily crushing anything as she’s not destructive, however her size is intimidating, even to Magus.
- Backstory: Temporia says she’s born since the beginning of time, but honestly, she herself, is not so sure. Doesn’t matter too much though because her memories are rather empty. She’s always waiting for something to happen in the time stream so she can try and fix it, but it very rarely ever happens. Many, many years later, she decided to finally exit out of the time stream (with her staff to tell her if something’s wrong) and sure enough, she’s had a happier life. Even found Magus as an orphan and took care of her, becoming a bit more of a mother. Since then, she’s just been trying to adjust to a more human life while still trying to remember that she is indeed, a Goddess.
- Weaknesses: Temporia doesn’t have many weaknesses actually. Mainly that she can’t really die. She can get extremely close, but if she was to ‘die’ she’d be revived soon anyway. Regardless though, she can still feel pain and get injuries. One thing that she does have that can be a detriment to her is the fact that she can get distracted easily, considering she has a big appetite and all, it’s a likely chance she’ll be distracted.
- Relationship with Magus: Temporia’s known Magus since when she was an orphan and decided to take care of her. Mainly to give her boring life more of a meaning. Since she’s taken care of Magus for so long, she feels like she’s part of her and thus treats her like she her own daughter and actually gets surprised when Magus does what she asks. She realises that she’s only doing it because Goddess, but she doesn’t seem to speak up and she’s grateful regardless. Given her personality, she usually isn’t too bothered by Magus’s rants towards her guardian, but she has just stopped her. Not to say she’s never gotten angry at her before, but it’s rare. Temporia’s also been a bit of a teacher towards Magus since she has a number of spells she can perform that Magus can’t.
